Error on freshly installed EDocman when viewing a Table layout.

I just installed EDocman on a site, like I have many times before. I immediately got an error when I tried to view a simple Table layout. The error is:

The template I am using has Bootstrap 3 already, so I tried turning off Bootstrap in the configuration of EDocman. That didn't help.

I have used EDocman before on other websites without issue. In fact, those installs were incredibly easy. I have never seen this error before, and am stumped how to get it working properly.

A search of the forums doesn't show anyone else posting about this error either.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated. Thank you.
