[SOLVED] Wrong status on invoice and in My Account

All of my orders on my site have the Status of 'Pending' in the backend Orders page as i have just been doing some test orders.

but when i look on the frontend at the Order History page, it shows order #1 as Cancelled, order #2 as Cancelled Reversal, order #3 as Chargeback, and order #4 as Complete

This seems like a bug and needs to be fixed ASAP please!
