Remove 'Description' field from a product (eShop)

Hi there Giang,
Can you let me know where to find the code to remove the 'Description' field for products?
My implementation does not use the field.

You should edit file components/com_eshop/themes/default/views/product/default.php to remove it.

I'm looking to do the same thing - however I'm not a programmer and I am using the latest version of eShop.

I have located the file, however what code exactly am I looking for?
Is it possible to put some code into a custom CSS file so it stays that way when I upgrade?

If I do which file is the best to use?

Dear Mike,

You can go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Custom CSS tab to add your customer CSS code to hide description if you want.

The code that you put there will not be lost if you update EShop.
