Discount for all customers

Hi,

is it possbile to have a discount like this?
Buy 6 of the same products, and only pay 5?
And when yes, is it possible to have this for all customers?
I think I configured it the right way, but is doesn't work. Please see attachments.

I have already supported you via ticket system. You forgot to choose Default customer group for your store. All sorted now.
