I have added an additional field to the file:

/home/MY-USER/public_html/templates/MY-THEME/html/com_eshop/quote/default.php

The new field is displayed in the quote form, however, the information captured in the new field is not sent in the mail message that warns the board administrator.

In the Joomla administrator: components -> eShop -> System -> Messages
I can modify the message: Quote Email Admin.

But I do not know how to add the information captured the new field.
