Hello Koren,

Yes, there is an option from the Configuration of extension to allow customer to purchase items although they are out of stock.

Also, I've just realised when I click "checkout" (on the page that displays the table of items in my cart) I get a 404 error, as in the attached screenshot. Can you please tell me what's going wrong there?

Hello Koren,

Go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Options tab, at Stock Checkout choose Yes.

Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to send me the super admin account to your site there so I can help you to check and tell you what is wrong.

If I submit a ticket through the EShop category, is this private or will it be publicly viewable? I obviously don't want to be publicly posting any login details to our website.
