Hello!

I have configured products with additional options, such presentation 1 liter, 4 liters and 20 liters.

Example:
The main product is called "Shampoo X" and has the SKU SPX.
1 liter presentation has the SKU SPX01.
The presentation of four liters has the SKU SPX04.
The presentation of 20 liters has the SKU SPX20.

We have set eShop to work only to request quotes, not for sale online.

When a client requests a quote product "Shampoo X" using an option (1 liter, 4 liters or 20 liters), comes a mail message to the administrator, informing of the products that you want to quote.

the list of products appears with the following columns in this mensaja mail administrator: item name, SKU and Quantity.

SKU column "SPX" (Main Product SKU), always appears regardless of whether the customer chose the presentation of 4 liters, this case should SKU "SPX04" appear.

How can we resolve this point?

Hello Carlos,

You are right, in the email of quote, the main product SKU will be used. However, in the product name column, I showed the product name and option name. If you want, I can show the main product SKU and option SKU in the Model column for you. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category so I can help.
