Remove "add to cart" or Price from Catelog pg

Is there any way other than editing the PHP to remove the price and add to cart button from the catelog category page. I only want people to order from the product page, but cannot find a config for that.

If you want that, then you must modify/override to the file components/com_eshop/themes/default/views/common/products.php

I prefer not to mess with the default theme, so I am wondering if this is like opencart with overides so that I can just copy the theme into another folder and rename it and modify it.
