Eshop as shop and catalogue - allmost there

I have setup eshop to catalogue with add to quote. Then I add category shop and fill that with selable products with price and add to cart.
Now I have some problems to solve.
- If both carts modules (cart and quote) are published, there is conflict. Both use same classes, so if i open one, second open to. I have tryed with some overrides (diferent class for quote), but with bad result.

You meant that you have the problem when both of Shopping Cart module and Quote Cart module are published at the same time on a same page?
