Coupon not working in Checkout despite activating in Config and Publishing

Hello,

I need to allow a coupon code to be used for a purchase with a 100% discount.
I went into configuration, turned allow coupon to on.

I added the new coupon, applied it to the products and published it.

When I try to test it, I get an error telling me it is expired or invalid.

Can you please help me with this?

What's extension that you are using? The last screenshot that you sent seem is not EShop.

Hello Giang,

All 3 screenshots are from the E-shop extension. It may look different due to my custom field and translation changes, but it is E-Shop. I need to know why my Coupon isn't working. Do you need my credentials to login to the back end of the website? Please let me know, I need to get this resolved. Thanks so much for all your support!

Dear Mike,

I think it maybe because you entered 2 for Coupon per Customer. It means that this coupon is only available for logged in users. Did you login when testing coupon code?

I thought those options be the issue, so I removed them all. But I'm still getting the same error message.

Dear Giang,

I humbly apologize to you. I made a mistake. You were right all along. It was NOT E-Shop, it was Membership Pro, and the reason it wasn't working was because I was using the coupon code from the WRONG extension. I am so sorry for the confusion and ask that you please accept my apology.

Everything is working perfectly, as expected.
