I recently started having a scam people registered, the reason that we knew its a scam because the product we sell and the customer we have, so if there is a way to prevent these kinds of registration, or is there is away no one can use these forms less than they added something to Cart, please help, thanks, Sammy

Can you please try to enable the reCaptcha so when register, customer must tick on Captcha to validate before being able to register.
