Products filter module: no categories are visible?

Hi,

A question about the products filter module: I can't see a list of categories. I have one parent categorie named 'products' with some sub-categories. When I make a menu button to show the categories, I don't see a list of all the categories. Also, when clicking to view a product, there's no list of categories, it will mention the active categorie, when I click it II would expect to go back to an overview of all the products in this categorie (as the arrow suggests). But instead i get a 'no products found'.

What am I missing here?

Hello Niqui,

When you are in a specific category page or a product page, then only that category display on the filter module. You need to click on that category link on the filter module to see the parent of current categories there.
