product field - How to get TAG into notification emails

Hi,
I have added product field in the "Contiguration/product fields".
example:
<field name="field_pflanzenpass_a" type="text" label="Pflanzenpass A - Botanischer Name" size="50" description="Pflanzenpass A"></field>

It is available in backend, I can put in content, displayed on frontend... everything ok.

But I cannot get the value/content of these fields into the notification emails.

I tried to add fields in "Sales/Fields" like 
field_pflanzenpass_a / ESHOP_FIELD_PFLANZENPASS_A
and then put the tag into the email template:
[PAYMENT_FIELD_PFLANZENPASS_A]
[SHIPPING_FIELD_PFLANZENPASS_A]

I tried different ways - but do not get the content of the product fields into the confirmation emails.
Maybe this workflow does not work on own "product fields"?
