Cart Abandonment Not Working

I have noticed that a number of orders have not completed yet I get no notification about this and neither does the customer.

Is there a setting I am missing in the backend?

What do I mean?

I mean I have customers placing orders, skipping payment and not receiving a notification, an email or anything and I thought EShop supported cart abandonment now.

Hello,

"Cart Abandonment" works in different way: If customers add products to the cart and have still not checked out them and went away from your site, then the system will send the reminder emails to them to tell them to checkout that products.
