In categories Keyword and Description work wrong

I'm using version 1.4.2 and I'm trying to change keywords and description in category tab, but it doesn't work correctly.
If I change Keywords and I press Save or Save and Exit when I check the result is that also Description has changed taking the same content of keywords

... and generating the page in the HTML code the only value in the keywords and description meta tags is the product or category name and not keywords and description
