send me my quickstart package was created by charles
i purchased your eshop extension but you guys didn't include the quick start zip file. i have been waiting for 3 days for zip file to be sent to me. please send me my quick start zip file for eshop

i already submitter numerous tickets

I'm not sure what you mean by "quick start zip file" but if you go to System > Tools you can find Sample data utility and install sample data for Eshop :)
