Hi Giang, I joined here a screen picture showing the problem.
I updated Anacron after I called Rocketheme for help. They went into my site which is now uploaded but after the changes, I still have this problem which is clearly coming from something corrupted into Eshop application.

Could you please help? You might see in the site by yourself if needed.

I have sent this email on 2d of March but received no answer since (I don't join the rest of the mail since it might be the cause of blocage with Sucuri) also it seems that when I augment the data in Eshop, it causes problems with Anacron Rockettheme template; I get problems only on the french part where Eshop is actually implemented and no problems on the english version :

I’m sending this post by email since when I submitted it on the forum, I arrived on a « Sucuri » Firewall page.

Hi Giang, I uploaded my site and updated with version 2.0.1 of Eshop. Everything went fine except the product file. I get an error message when I try to open the link in the Catalogue menu or directly in the shop information under the menu bar. Apparently something is missing about "discountelements" in my SQL table. Could you help?

How to send my ID and password in a secure manner? By Rocket-theme support, they have a secured file to do that. Do you have a similar way to do that?

Hi Giang,
I made a lot of cleaning and checked all items in my site and now the front page ( www.samtendzong.net/fr/ ) open but I have still 2 problems with eshop: the check-out process doesn't work. It just show the 6 steps but no way to go further. Also, though I have actually 40 products in the list, only 9 of them will appear on the eshop product page. I thought in a first time that only the product with a price would show but even after I implemented some prices on other products they wouldn't appear on the front page.
Could you check what is going on? Thank you and have a nice day.

Hi Giang, what's happening? It's now 3 days I asked to you to check some problems I encounter with eshop and I still have no response. Is it that you have so much to do that you can't find time to give me a quick answer or what? Since I bought your application more than 10 weeks ago,it has never been working properly and I'm blocked in the process of building my site since I don't want to go further before everything works properly. Should I find another solution for my online business or are you able to fix your application so it finally does the job I paid for? Jean-Michel
