Options

I have tried everything to add size and Quantity to t-shirts. How do I get it to look like this one?

Maybe I need to give more information here. I have T-shirts and need sizes and qty for them. Everything I have tried does not work. Help...anyone??

Please see attached. If they order 3 shirts and one of them is the XXL (adding 2.00) then it puts all 3 shirts in at 20.00 ea. What if they want 2 smalls and 2 med and 1 xxl? How do they select qty for each size? I am sure this is a simple process and just not one we are used to. Hopefully you can advise of what I am doing wrong. Thanks
