Fatal error when Add to Cart

Setting up a new cart at aqueenseye.com/cmsaqe/index.php/earrings/1056.html
When i add an item to the cart, i get a Fatal Error. see attached file for full error message.

I installed eShop 1.3.7 first, then updated to 2.3.0 so don't know if that has something to do with the error.
We are switching from another shopping cart, so you have to use the above link to get to the product since the mnus are the old cart.
