Front Page - Menu - Customer Group

Would like to ask below

1. Eshop front page only showing featured products? can we set it to display all products from all categories?
2. The menu item for Eshop front page, second tab, the list of categories & products to show default value is 9, how does this different with the "system" -> "configuration" -> "option" -> "items" -> default items per page & row??
3. How do we know how many customers belong to each customer group?
4. How do we setup "Guest" checkout? Do we need to create a customer group for "Guest"? then create a correspondence shipping as well?
5. Under backend "product" -> "data", what does "Threshold" "Minimum Quantity" "Maximum Quantity" here means? what value should we put in? If we have already set all the Geo zones, do we still need to key in "Shipping Cost / Geo Zones" here under "data" tab?

Please check my corresponding answers below:

1. That's correct. EShop Front page only show featured products. There is no option to display all products from all categories now.

2. System -> Configuration -> option -> items -> Default Items per page is not used for Front page.

3. There is no option to show that now.

4. Please go to EShop -> System -> Configuration -> Options tab, you will see the Checkout Type option there. You can choose one of Checkout type there.

5. Threshold: If you enter 5, then when product has 5 in stock, the admin will receive a notification email
Minimum Quantity: If you enter 5, then shopper must add at least quantity of 5 of that product into the cart to checkout
Maximum Quantity: If you enter 5, then shopper can not add more of 5 of that product into the cart to checkout.

1. It would be nice to allow changing of front page items display method in future development. As Eshop already having own "featured product" module to display featured products, so combining front page with this module making content become duplicated

2. if not for front page, then for all other pages product display?

3. thanks, would also suggest that to include this maybe for next release, as this would allow us to know how many customers are currently belonging to a particular group, we might need to push up customers to next level of customer group from default to member to VIP etc

4. so only need to activate guest checkout here, no need to assign any payment or shipping plugin to "Guest"?

5. If we have already set all the Geo zones, do we still need to key in "Shipping Cost / Geo Zones" here under Product "data" tab?

6. Where do we change the layout for "checkout terms"? because my layout all mess up and ovelapping

7. Where shall we change the "delivery date" for eshop? because order status is Pending, but delivery date is on the same day as of order date
