ICS - Add to My Calendar Feature

Hi there -- Would like to request and/or find out the status of implementing an ICS / save to my calendar feature for Event Booking. The component has so many other great features, and a couple of our clients have requested that one which we can find in other Joomla components, but we'd like to keep using Event Booking where it fits other client needs.

Please let us know if or when that might be possible in an update to Event Booking.

I'll bump this up as well, this is a common request and a pretty important feature.

FYI - I found a convenient script that will create a dynamic ICS file using PHP. We'll probably create a plugin for this while we wait for it to be a core feature.

Yes, this is a sadly lacking feature in Event Booking. If someone does write a plugin, please share!!

I've found a solution. Just checking out whether it really works or not. But looks good so far.

It is an upgrade. You will need to get the latest version and upgrade it to your site, then change a config option : set "Generate ICS file" config option to Yes and the feature will work as expected.
