Change How Individuals Are Added to a Group

For a group registration, I would like to have the group info requested first, then be able to "add member" after member until "done".

I also need for users to be able to change their registration without canceling the entire thing and re-entering it, even if it only works under "Offline payment". This is vital to our being able to use this component. Otherwise, it is useless to us.
