We're currently using NoNumber's Tabs plugin to split up our Description in the details page, into tabs such as Description, Speakers, Agenda, Presentations, etc. This works fine, however it'd be nice to have a similar functionality as with eShop built-in, where you can create your own additional Tab Title and Tab Content.
