I just wanted to broach the idea of a new register form.
There are a couple of things that I think could make the form a lot more user friendly / inviting.
1. Inline form validation icons and feedback. Example:
formvalidation.io/examples/contact-form/
2. Ability to use font awesome icons, without having to try dynamically code them into the field name/caption.
3. Responsive Layout. Removing the current table? Perhaps a single column?
4. More use of Prepended icons for user details.
5. Set the default value of the registration text boxes as the field captions, removing the need for 2 column registration page?
6.Staggered registration / accordion menu such that all the required fields don't appear at once?
7. As an addon to point 6, something like this or the ability to integrate with this

would be excellent.
I'd be interested to get peoples thoughts.
