Hi Jan

Unfortunately, due to some changes in Joomla 3.6.0, you must update your site to EB 2.8.1 before upgrade your site to Joomla 3.6.0. Otherwise, your site will be blank

Access to My Downloads menu item, you will see your order. If your subscription still active, you can download the latest version and update it to your site (we provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase)

My subscription is activ i renew it the 17 of may.
But i cant see anything in My Downloads.
Is somthing wrong?

Hello

My Joomla unfortunately auto-updated itself to 3.6.0 and as such the extension was not updated before it updated to Joomla 3.6.0 and is now appearing blank.

I have updated EB to the latest version and it is still blanking, is there a way to resolve this issue or will I need to re-install the component?

Do you have a solution to why I can not see the update below My Downloads menu. I have renewed my subscription this year.

Sorry JanH. I missed your post. Please submit a support ticket sending me the PayPal Transaction ID of the renewal purchase. I will find order, assign it to your account so that you can download latest version 2.8.1 to upgrade it to your site

Also, you should wait for Joomla 3.6.2 released (should be later today) as 3.6.1 has an issue with PHP 5.3
