I am sorry, as I mentioned, I missed your forum post (in the future, please help submit ticket in case I forgot to reply

I assigned order to your account, please access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version 2.8.1, upgrade it to your site and it will work well with Joomal 3.6.x (you should update your site to Joomla 3.6.2)

Yes. Whenever you want to get latest version, just access to My Downloads menu item to download it (if your subscription is still active, we provide free upgrade for one year for each purchase as you already knew)
