EB back Administration - add column to show which Events are hidden

In EB there is now the function to manually  and automatically hide events. You can now hide events when the capacity is filled and no places remain. There is no automatic notification to EB admins when an event reaches capacity.  It would be nice though for administrators to see which events have been hidden either manually or automatically.
Add a column to  the Events pages on the back end  which shows which events have been hidden. Also maybe allow admins to search events that have been hidden.
