I have a suggestion for EventBooking:
In Brazil, it is very common for the organizer to sell tickets in batches and with variable values (not always logical), its very common in similar Brazilian booking systems, with this I have difficulty configuring some values in the events, my suggestion would be to create personalized batches within the event and determine a completion date of the batch (either by quantity or by date), after finishing the batch, open the subsequent one.
example:
2021-05-21 00:00 to 2021-06-02 23:59 - price 85.00
2021-06-03 00:00 to 2021-07-02 23:59 - price 95.00
2021-07-03 00:00 to 2021-08-02 23:59 - price 105.00
2021-08-03 00:00 to 2021-09-02 23:59 - price 135.00
and promotional
first 100 places pay 80.00
after 101 place pay 105.00
