registration history plugin for community builder

hi,

the registration history plugin for community builder does not work.
i installed it via cb, and activated the tab but the tab does not show up

I can see that I have registered events via event booking itself, but not via community builder

I have the Events Booking on my site and CB and the tab shows up on the profile page - are you sure the plugin is published (CB plugin management?)

yes of course, everything is installed correctly and active.
I had it working last week, but now I can't see the CB tab anymore,
other installed plugins like acymailing work perfect
any suggestions?

going into cb tools menu,

I get this:

CB Tools: Check CB plugins database: Results
All CB plugin "Default language (English)" Database is up to date.
CB plugin "EB Registration History": no database or no database description.

I have deleted the plugin and installed it again in cb but the problem remains.

It works for other customers, so It might be something with your site. Also, the tab is only be showed if the user has atleast one paid registration record associated to his account. Could you check ?

Then it is also on my site as well. Just had my client email me and say the donation history no longer shows up. Running Joomla 2.5.17. Getting the same when running tools: CB plugin "jdonation": no database or no database description.

Urgent matter. This is a church that needs to send year end donations for tax purposes.

Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site. I will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you .

Tuan, thanks so much for your reply but I think I have it fixed. I went into the backend and went to the plugin in Community Builder and changed the location of the tab. I then had the customer to check and she said it was showing up.

I can't see it, but then again I don't have a "donation history" so maybe it doesn't show if you don't have a donation history? I don't know, but working now. May have just had it in a position that it could not be seen.
