Single form for registration

Hi!.

I searched but could not find a way to create a single form entry.
A simplified way to form having a listbox with all events.
The user fills in his data and select the event you wish to subscribe to.
How Do I?

My English is not good to Skype.
I looked your Payment Form extension. Not exactly what we need. Had a registration form with a listbox of all events would be better.
In PaymentForm believe need to register the event twice, once in Events Booking and Payment Form in another.
Currently in Events Booking the customer must first click on the event and then to register. It would be a useful option where he could go straight to the registration form and select the event in the form.
One more question, would not want to use any of the current available payment options. Need you after filling the inscription, the customer be redirected to a page, specific article according with the selected event.
