i want to display all events of a category including the subcategory
chose the root cat. in the menu but can't select the sub and it doesn't display those events
You want to create a menu item which allows you to see all events of a categories and all it's sub-categories ? In this case, I think there will be a workaround. You can edit all the events you want, and assign it to both sub-categories and the root category.
Could you please try that solution ? Or I mis-understood your requirement ?
yes, this solved my problem more or less. I would prefer to be able to select the categories in the menu, that way i have the option to make a menu for the root, for the sub and for both.
But for now its fine
