Authorize.net SIM for both EB and JD?

Hi there-

We're using Auth.net SIM method for both EventBooking and JoomDonation, however we can only post one Silent URL in the Auth.net account. So for EB, it's eb_authnetsim_notify.php, and for JD it's jd_authnetsim_notify.php. Could you please let us know how to use both components with Auth.net SIM?

I remember that Authorize.net allows setup the URLs via a variable but I haven't tried it yet. If you are not in rush, please give me few more days so that I can read their documentation again and implement the change into the plugins (so that you don't have to setup the Slient Post url in the authorize.net account anymore).

Right now, I have some small works remaining to finish version 1.6.1 of EB (which implements the SEF router).
