deleted registrants always appear

we experimented with records in an event!
Then we erased the recording
But despite that, during recording, we always see the number already registered and therefore the number of remaining places
How to set to 0 the number of registered!!

That's strange. You are saying that you could not delete registrants? Please submit a support ticket so that we can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you.

Sorry but I don't remember it (I just could not see this issue in the extension). If you have the same issue, please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check and correct it for you !
