option to activate front-end submission

couple of questions...

1. i dont see the option to activate front end submission in the configuration menu's...

2. can i set it up, so that anyone can submit an event, and of course the website admin can decide to allow it to post or not....

3. also if yes to #2 question, is it possible to allow people to submit events for FREE, and also have the option to charge them for posting an event?

1=> It contains two steps :

- Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, click on Options button in the toolbar, choose the Registered group, set Front-end Events submission permission to be Allowed.

- Create a menu item to link to submit event form of Events Booking.

By doing that, any users have an account can login, access to that menu item to submit events

3=> Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge users for submitting events.
