Extra Charge Application

Hi - I want to charge a fee (for overnight accommodation) per individual - and per person in a group.. how do I set this up?
For example 1 person is £5.00 per night, but if somebody books a group of 5 I need to collect an additional £5 per person..
Appreciate any advice.

I believe we can create a custom fee field in this case. Will each person allowed to choose "overnight accommodation" or not ? Do you have a Skype account? Maybe we can discuss about it directly via Skype so that I can guide you with a solution.

Many thanks for your help.
I have created a custom field and then set the form to display in Group Member Form and Individual Billing Form, and it now is showing and pricing correctly.
I was initially confused about the custom field "Display In" options and the difference between the various options offered in the dropdown list, and the difference between a registration and a billing form.

That's great. Thanks for letting me know. I think the documentation need to be improved and I will work on it when our new site is online (we are going to update our site to Joomla 3.2 within next week).
