Custom Fields not Showing

Hi,
I'm trying to get my Custom Field which is a Checkbox List to appear on my Event Registration Form (the form that also ask for their credit card info) but I can't. I have tried everything!

Any help would be very appreciated!

Event Booking version:
1.6.2

Configuration:
Activate Shopping Cart? YES
Event Custom Field YES

Custom Field Type: Checkbox List
Fee Field: YES
Published: YES

If you want the custom fields to be appeared when you are using shopping cart, you will need to assign that custom fields to "All Events" instead of selecting it for a specific event . Could you please try ?

I tried you suggestion and those 2 custom fields still do not show. I will send you the logins you requested to help us.

I have the same problem that the assigned custom fields are not displayed at the forms. If you have a solution please make a post here.
