Can I have billing info option on single event

I have purchased most of your products and am trying to setup a registration form for 'parents' to register their children for an event or program.

Hence I need for a parent to be able to register a single childs details and then enter their own detaisl for billing purposes. Can this be done anyway? As it is the billing option only appears when you are registering for a group?

Regarding your question, I have thought about it and found a solution :

1. The information on the registration form will be billing information .
2. You can create custom fields to collect their child information .
