is there a way to link the registrants from registrants list page to their CB User Profile?

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported at the moment. We will consider adding support for it in future releases of Events Booking.

Thanks Tuan,

this is a very important function for my customer. Are we allowed to do a quick hack to achieve this functionality or can you do it for a certain price?

Yes. The extension is opensource, you can customize it to make it works in the way you want.
