Registrants Download Timeout

Hi Tuan, or anyone. Kindly assist.

I am having trouble trying to download registrants from my Events Booking System. I have about 6,000 registrants, but everytime I try to Export, the system times out and bombs. Kindly assist.
I have tried increasing the script timeout (PHP) but won't work.

Should you only download registrants for a specific event instead of downloading them all ? Go to Events Booking -> Registrants, choose the event you want to export registrants from events dropdown, the press Export button in the toolbar

By doing that, only registrants from selected event will be exported and it should solve the timeout problem.
