Payflow plugin installs incorrectly

I purchased the payflow payment plugin as well as the paypal pro plugin.

Paypal pro installs without a hitch (and works) but the payflow does not.

Upon installation I get the following warning:

JFile: :copy: Cannot find or read file: $/home/content/36/8312136/html/tmp/install_5320c7fa70e16/os_payflowpro.php

And the end result is that in the "com_eventbooking/payments/" 1 new file appears: os_payflowpro.xml

The matching file os_payflowpro.php is not copied, not any of the others.

I see (at least) three additional files in the zip package:
os_payflowpro.php (should be in the same place as the xml?)
payflow_curl.php (Location?)
os_nab_transact.php (Location?)
os_nab_transact.xml (Location?)

Please advice on where these files should be placed, or sent me a correctly formatted installer

There was something wrong with the zip file containing the payment plugin. Please login to your account, access to My Download menu item, download latest version of the payment plugin. After that, you will be able to install it without any problem.

However, I did not create an account when I purchased the module, so I cannot re-download the module as you suggest. I purchased the module on March 5, can you re-sent it to the same email address? Or otherwise advise how to get it.

Do you remember the email you entered on order form to purchase the plugin so that I can find order and assign it to your account ?
