Coupon code not working

I recently updated to version 1.6.2 and now I cannot get the coupon code to work. It worked every time previously.

I am running Joomla 2.5.19, can you help please, I have some angry clients trying to book for an event and they are not able to apply the discount they are due.

That's strange. BTW, latest version is now 1.6.3, not 1.6.2.

Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you.
