No Front-end event submission

Hi everybody
i've created a group with Front-end event submission permission, added a menu item thath links to the related feature, but when the form is filled and saved, the event doesn't appear! :huh:
Reading other topics i unabled JCE editor thinking it could be the reason, but it didn't work
Is there any other option to be enabled/disabled?

I am afraid of there is some javascript on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you !

I tried diasbling Jquery template, but still i can't get it working.
As you suggested i opened a support ticket with all the credentials.

Please see my ticket for response. The file you sent to me to allows access FTP was not uploaded (the file type is not allowed). So please zip the file before uploading, then sent it to me via support ticket and I will check it right away !

Seems like it's working now.
Can i know what was the problem?

Seems there was some javascript conflict and my dev had to edit code to solve it. Haven't had a chance to ask him for deteails yet, too busy these days.

So please use it as how it is and ask for help if you get any problem in the future !
