Some Field Tags in Invoice not working

Hi Tuan,

I am trying to create an invoice in Event_Booking 1.6.3 (downloaded latest version 15/4/2014) using the field tags:
[REGISTRATION_DETAILS]
[TRANSACTION_ID]
[PAYMENT_METHOD]
[AMOUNT]

Other field tags such as [EVENT_TITLE], [NAME], [ADDRESS],

That works great. Having the Transaction ID would really help us reconcile with the payments systems (eg PayPal etc). Please let me know as soon as you are able to add that new tag.

Is there a way to re-generate the invoices that were previously generated with the incorrect fields so they can now print with the correct fields?

You will need to delete the old invoices via FTP . The old invoices are stored at media/com_eventbooking/invoices folder of your site.

You can get this file, unzip it, upload to components/com_eventbooking/helper folder of your site. After that, you can use [TRANSACTION_ID] and [PAYMENT_METHOD] tag in the invoice.

The [TRANSACTION_ID] now works perfectly. But the [PAYMENT_METHOD] only displays blank. Even though on the Registrants page it shows either Paypal or Offline Payment under the "Payment Method" column. Also is there a tag to display the Registration Date? I have tried using [DATE] but it is not recognised.

The tag payment method should work well. Maybe something special on your site ? Could you please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of the site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you !
