I have run into a problem when exporting event data to a CSV.
It seems that the data from the comments field is not being exported to the CSV file along with the rest of the data.
This field is important as it has been used to let registrants indicate any dietary requirements they may have.
Is there a way to have this data exported with the rest?
That's strange. Could you please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Billing Fields settings tab and make sure you set Comment field to be Showed ? After that, the comment field should be available in the export !
