Maybe it is in a different file if you use simple event submission form option in Events Booking. Please try to edit the code in the file components/com_eventbooking/views/event/tmpl/simple.php

I don't know if this is the right topic or not, but I am hoping that I may get a little help.

The event booking registration form can display a group rate table. I would like to change the "Number Registrants" label to something else. I have been trying to find where I can change that label but without success. Can someone tell me where I can change that label?

Go to Events Booking -> Translation, you should be able to find and change any labels you want.
