How Do I change the text displayed on an event?

I want to change/rename the items in bold (not the database field names):
Event Date06-27-2014 10:00 am
Event End Date06-27-2014 11:55 pm
Capacity150
Registered0
Available Place150
Cut off date06-26-2014
Individual Price$150

Hi Pete

They are the language items in the component. You can go to Events Booking -> Translation, find these language items and change it to meet your need !
