EB Module Layout of Upcoming Events

I have set up the Upcoming Events in position 7 of the Joomla Protostar template. When I use the "Improved (nice layout)" to display the events, the font is too big and it collides with the date box. Adding the location creates a line in still a different font.
Is there somewhere that I can control the size of the font? This layout would be preferable to the default if I can get it to display properly.
