Problems with event registration

Hi,
i just installed event registration.
I've got following issues:
-google maps are not shown
-registration is without chapta (chapta is activated in backend
-registration is possible, even if no data (name adress etc) is given
-registration is possible, even if "accept terms" is not marked

i'm using:

newest version of event booking (13.6.2014).

As replied via email, please submit a support ticket sending us admin and FTP account of your site so that I can check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you.
