Registration form 'hanging' was created by Alison
I have upgraded to version 1.6.4
The registration page is 'hanging' on the group registration pages.
This is very frustrating, i have enabled all of the plugins.

If I want to roll back to the previous version do I just install it over this version?

thanks
Alison

Hi Alison

There might be some javascript conflict causing this issue as in version 1.6.4, we use AJAX for navigating between steps in group registration.

If you could submit a support ticket let us know :

1. The web browser you are using.

2. Admin and FTP account of the site.

3. The link to registration page

And please give us 24 hours to try to check and solve it. If we could not solve it within 24 hours, then you can install version 1.6.3 over this version.

Regards,

Tuan

There is nothing prevent you from using version 1.6.3, but I would like you to use version 1.6.4 because I believe it is much easier, friendly for users to perform group registration on this version.

Tuan

I have exactly the same problem as well.

I think it must be a javascript conflict, I seem to have a few versions of jquery loading, with JCE editor, yootheme template and the eventbooking component.

Just another note I'm getting a

Uncaught ReferenceError: Recaptcha is not defined

on the page, not sure what the work around is though

have a look at

@Alison: I tried to register and could not see the problem like you said. You should see my registration record from back0end of the site. I am using chrome. Could you check it one more time ?
@Chris: We know the issue ReferenceError: Recaptcha is not defined in version 1.6.4. We have fixed it in the latest code and will release version 1.6.5 on tomorrow.

If it is possible, please submit a support ticket. We will update your site to version 1.6.5 of Events Booking on tomorrow and check, make sure it works for you (Events Booking use JQuery, so yes, there might be some javascript conflict causing the error).
