Customized emails

I am using the Events->Advance Settings to override the Notification emails ( sending to more than 1 address), User email body (offline payment) and Thank You Message (offline).

I have had several reports that sometimes after pressing the process button nothing happens and the thank you message is not displayed. When it is displayed, some people are getting the message "You must provide at least one recipient email address"

When testing, I noticed that no email is sent to the second email address in the Notification list.

I noticed there was a thread about Submit button problem a couple of weeks ago. I think this may also be part of the issue as this is happening as well. I am on version 1.6.6.

Could you please submit a support ticket :

1. Let us know admin and FTP account of your site

2. The link to the registration page of the events which have this issue

I think there are something wrong with the settings you entered. So we will try to check to see what's wrong and correct it for you

I have the same problem myself

What's the format also? Is it separated by a comma, semicolon, space ?

It is comma separated (like how you entered emails into Notification Emails config option)
